Join us during Horseshoe Valley Bike Fest for a full weekend of buying and selling bikes of all kinds—from downhill and trail bikes to road, gravel, and kids’ bikes.
We are excited to partner with Bateman’s Bike Co. to host their well-known Bike Swap as part of this year’s event. Whether you are looking to upgrade your ride, sell a bike you no longer use, or shop for great deals on bikes and gear, this is the perfect opportunity to take advantage of some great steals at our biggest bike event of the summer.
In addition to used bikes available through the swap, Bateman’s Bike Company will also be onsite selling bikes, accessories, gear, and other cycling products throughout the weekend.
We will be accepting all types of bikes (must be in good condition) so whether you are into downhill, XC, gravel, road biking we encourage you to check out the swap and all of the great activities that will be a part of our Bike Fest Weekend!

friday, july 10, 2026 – drop-off
Bring your bike and check it in with the Bateman’s team. Bike drop-off is from 2PM – 8PM on Friday.
saturday, july 11 – shop
Sale Hours: 10AM – 4PM
sunday, july 12 – shop & pick-up
Sale Hours: 10AM – 12PM
*All unsold bikes must be picked up by 6PM on Sunday, July 12. Late/No-Show fee’s apply:
- Bikes not picked up by 6PM on Sunday, July 12, 2026 will be subject to a $250 late fee
- Bikes not picked up by Friday, July 17 will be disposed of and a $400 disposal fee will apply

*Registration will open 2 weeks prior to the swap. For now, save the date and check back at the start of July to register your bikes!
- Register your bike in advance (registration opens 2 weeks prior to the event). Limited spots available. Check back here for registration closer to the event.
- Drop off your bike during the designated times listed above
- Please note: Bateman’s will handle all registrations and pricing of bikes

We accept a wide range of bikes, including:
- Mountain Bikes
- Gravel Bikes
- Road Bikes
- Kids Bikes
- BMX Bikes
- Fat Bikes
- Hybrid Bikes
- E-Bikes
Quality standards apply. Slightly relaxed criteria for kids bikes.
Commission Options
Upon registration, you will choose ONE of the options below as your payout if your items sell:
- Option 1: Cash Payout – 70% to seller / 30% to Bateman’s
- Option 2: Bateman’s Store Credit – 90% to seller / 10% to Bateman’s
terms and conditions
- All types of bikes will be considered including MTB, Gravel, Road, Kids, BMX, Hybrid, Fat Bikes, and E-Bikes.
- Bikes must be in good condition and suitable for resale.
- Horseshoe Valley Resort and Bateman’s Bike Company reserve the right to refuse any bike deemed unsafe, damaged, or unsuitable for resale.
- All unsold bikes must be picked up by 6:00 PM on Sunday, July 12th.
- Bikes not picked up by 6:00 PM on Sunday, July 12th will be subject to a $250 late pickup fee charged by Horseshoe Valley Resort.
- Bikes not picked up by Friday July 17th will be disposed of and a disposal fee of $400 will apply.
