Discover Golf Day is a day for those who are interested in trying the sport of Golf, but are not sure
where to start. In partnership with Golf Ontario, this event focuses on introducing the sport, with an
affordable opportunity to learn and try golf in a no-pressure atmosphere!
Highlights
Discover Golf Package – $49 per person
Make the most of the day with the following package inclusions:
- Introductory Drop-In Lesson with a PGA Pro at the first hole covering the basics of stance & swing to get you playing fast!
- 3-hole course play (Valley Course Holes 10-12. Average play time of 1 hour)
- Golf Clubs & Cart Rental
- Tees & Balls provided by Golf Ontario
- Complimentary beverage post-play sponsored by Golf Ontario (wine or pop)
Kids Mini-Putt Competition
Putt for gold on our Ridgetop Mini Putt course. This 18-hole competition will include a prize for the top competitor.
Chip Challenge
Practice your chipping (short game around the greens) for your chance to win. Aim for the targets provided by Golf Ontario. The top competitor will be awarded a prize!

Visit our Pro Shop team or Guest Services Team in the main chalet on June 24th to secure this deal.
Daily Operations
- Holes 1-9 still available for regular play at a discounted tee rate, 10-12 will be closed for Discover Golf Day
- Check-In & Rental Club pick-up area located outside HV Sports & Golf Shop
- Lesson area located beside Hole 10
