AlertMedia – Notification System
A new and efficient water communication process has been created to ensure immediate notification to all registered Zone 1 water users.
AlertMedia will be the system used for communication. This method of communication will be employed for both planned work and emergency issues related to the water supply to Zone 1.
Sign Up for Notifications
If your residence is location in Zone 1 (see map below) you are required to register below for phone, text, and email notifications.
If you choose not to register, notifications related to the water supply will not be provided through alternative means. Please note that a hard copy front door paper notification will not be distributed in the event of a water emergency.
The information collected from this request will only be used for Zone 1 water related communications.
Contact Information Purposes:
- Cell phone number(s) – phone number(s) of homeowners where you prefer to receive
text messages and phone message recording updates - Email – to receive notices related to water supply work and emergencies
Once you have filled out this form, no further action is needed. You will receive water notifications as necessary.
You do not need to download an app.
