HV Parks

Downhill Mountain Biking

The Horseshoe Bike Park has a fun and welcoming atmosphere and is great for all levels of riders. Our fourteen trails consist of freeride and technical routes. All downhill trails are accessed off of our high-speed 6 person chair lift. Beginner riders can become comfortable with the diverse mix of trails and terrain, including berms and bridges. More seasoned & expert riders will enjoy that our trails are open come rain or shine, with the perfect mix of sand and dirt trails.

We like the less is more approach–we may have less vertical than other bike parks, but the benefit is that you can get more laps in! Check out our Safety Protocol, including equipment.

Cross Country Bike Trails

Our cross country trails consist of a variety of double and single track so you can work on your technical skills or go for a casual ride through the Copeland Forest. Passes and tickets are not required for our cross country bike trails. Norco bike rentals will be available at our Bike Shop in the Main Chalet at the base of the downhill slopes.

The Copeland Forest trails are great for exploring nature at a more leisurely pace with less decline. There are some trails that have hills through the natural landscape, but it’s time to put pedal to the forest floor as there are no chair lifts on the North side of Horseshoe Resort. These trails are great for all ages and abilities. The trails weave through the trees where our fat biking, Nordic Ski and snowshoe trails are located in the winter months.
