Terms
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. Gift cards are redeemable for products and/or services at Horseshoe Valley Resort, a Freed Hotels and Resorts property. This gift card may not be used at any other property. A gift card may not be used to purchase another gift card or towards previous purchases. The reloadable gift card is not redeemable for cash and Horseshoe Valley Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. It has no value until activated by a staff member at the time of purchase. Its value will always be applied in Canadian funds and may not be applicable to certain published rates or promotions.
