The Timber Tour stands as Ontario’s premier provincial freestyle ski competition series

Freestyle Ontario invites all slopestyle skiers from across the province to attend our upcoming Timber Tour at Horseshoe Valley Resort
on February 21st, 22nd, and 23rd. The first day kicks off with official training, setting the stage for two days of slopestyle
competitions.

This event series is specifically tailored to athletes in the Learn to Train and Train to Train stages of the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) and serves as a targeted platform for their growth.

Spectators are invited to spend the day and experience the incredible display of competition.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

1. The event is sanctioned by Freestyle Canada and organized by Freestyle Ontario in partnership with Horseshoe Resort.
2. Rules are based on Freestyle Ontario’s Timber Tour Rules and Procedures.
3. The Competition is comprised of two (2) events.
4. All athletes must have a Freestyle Canada certified Coach present with sufficient qualifications for their intended
manoeuvres. The Head Coach of each Timber Tour team has completed training in all Comp-Intro courses, and must be
coaching at the event. The list of required Comp-Intro training courses is available at https://freestyleontario.ski/coaches. Clubs
who do not meet this requirement are encouraged to work with a club who is willing to share their Comp-Intro Trained coach
and to work with Freestyle Ontario on a strategy to meet this requirement in the following year.
5. Qualifications are required for all inverted manoeuvres.
6. The Competition will proceed as follows and in accordance with the Official Program.
