Canadian Trivia – Thursday, June 29 – 7:00pm – 8:00pm at Eleven 01 Stone Oven Pizza
Get those gears turning as you attempt to answer our trivia questions with your table to win a prize! We’ll put your brain to the test with a variety of questions suited for all ages. There will be multiple rounds and a variety of Canadian themes. We recommend teams of 4-6.

Great Canadian Lumberjacks – Saturday, July 1 – 1:00PM | 4:00PM | 7:00PM
An AXEtion packed show! The Great Canadian Lumberjacks bring an exciting family friendly show where you’ll see lumberjacks compete in disciplines like axe throwing, chainsaw carving, wood chopping, and cross-cut sawing. They will be here for three 40-min shows.
DJ Dance Party – Saturday, July 1 – 9:00pm – 10:00pm
Shake it on the Après Patio with a live DJ! This event is for all ages to enjoy under the stars!
Candy Guess & Colouring Contest
Can you guess the number of candies in our jar? If so, you might win the whole lot! The closest guess without going over will win. All guests (young in age and young at heart) can colour to their hearts content. Find supplies and guessing ballots at the Tiki Hut. The cut off to enter the contests is 5:00pm on Saturday, with guesses and colouring sheets to be submitted to the Tiki Hut Staff directly. The winner will be announced on the patio at 6pm. Must be present to win!
Season Pass Scavenger Hunt – Sunday, July 2 – 1:00pm
Complete our Digital Scavenger Hunt to explore the resort and take memorable photos at key resort highlights. Follow the clues around the resort for your chance to win a 5×7 Season Pass for Winter 2023-2024 or an Anytime Nordic Season Pass. All participants of this scavenger hunt will begin at the same time – meet at Guest Services at 1pm sharp!
Lawn Games
Put your strength and aim in action for open games of Cornhole and more! Rally your troops for fun in the sun and friendly competition. These activities will be available on the Beach Volleyball Courts and at slopeside.

At Horseshoe Resort, we welcome your dog with specially selected rooms in our Inn that are convenient to outside areas.
Dogs must be pre-registered
A flat fee of $35 per dog/per stay
Dogs are required to be on a leash at all times

A Few Things Prior to Your Arrival:
We love all animals, but we only offer this policy for dogs. All other animals are not allowed.
Booking Policies Rates quoted are subject to change without notice and do not include HST (13%). Rates shown are based on double occupancy and applicable to select accommodation. Rates may fluctuate based on dates, availability and nightly resort fee. Providing additional services and benefits are at an additional cost. Some packages and rates require minimum stays, and may not be available on long weekends and holidays.
Special packages and promotional rates are mutually exclusive.
All facilities are subject to availability and conditions. Horseshoe Resort is not responsible for any package components or recreational opportunities made unavailable due to weather or any circumstances beyond our control. Some limitations on usage may apply.
Deposits A deposit equal to one night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking. If longer than one night, the balance due in full will be processed at the time of check in with the physical card at the front desk.
Cancellation Please note that in the case of a cancellation for a reservation, which is not cancelled 7 days prior to arrival, pre-payment for balance due in full will be processed on the credit card on file the day of cancellation and will be non-refundable. (Policy may vary for group bookings and special package promotions where noted).
Horseshoe Resort is not responsible for any package components or recreational facilities made unavailable due to weather and/or circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will not be available due to poor weather/conditions.
Parking is free at Horseshoe Resort for any standard or oversized parking across all resort parking lots.
Electric vehicles can be charged at one of our six charging spaces, located near the Inn. Each charging session costs $15.
