At Horseshoe Valley Resort, we welcome your dog with specially selected rooms in our Inn that are convenient to outside areas.
Dogs must be pre-registered
A flat fee of $35 per dog/per stay
Dogs are required to be on a leash at all times

Dog owners must “Stoop & Scoop” after their pet on resort property

We love all animals, but we only offer this policy for dogs. All other animals are not allowed.
Rates & Packages
Our rates are designed with flexibility in mind. They may vary depending on dates, availability and accommodation styles and are subject to change without notice. We’ll always make sure you know the current rate when you book so there are no surprises. Our rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to a nightly resort fee and HST (13%). Some of our special offers may require a minimum stay and may not be available on certain weekends or holidays. Please note that packages and promotional rates cannot be combined - depending on your travel needs, our team is happy to help you find the most suitable package to save your well-earned dollars. Extra activities, services or upgrades come at an additional cost.

Facilities & Experiences
We always aim to provide the very best resort experience. While most amenities are available year-round, some of our activities depend on conditions and sometimes weather or other circumstances beyond our control may affect what’s open. If something isn’t available during your stay, we’ll do our best to suggest alternative options where possible. Some facilities may have usage limits, but we’ll always keep you informed so you can make the most of your stay.
Deposits
To confirm your stay, we ask for a deposit equal to one night’s accommodation. For stays longer than one night, the remaining balance will be charged 7 days before your arrival. It’s a simple way to secure your stay and enjoy knowing everything is ready for when you arrive.
Cancellations
We understand plans can change and we're here to help make adjustments as smoothly as possible. For your peace of mind, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 7 days before your arrival at no charge. If you need to cancel within 7 days of your stay or shorten your stay after check-in, the reservation will be non-refundable.
These policies may vary for group bookings and special package promotions where noted.

Parking is free at Horseshoe Valley Resort for any standard or oversized parking across all resort parking lots.
Electric vehicles can be charged at one of our six charging spaces, located near the Inn. Each charging session costs $15. Note that spots are limited.
