The Ski Swap will be open to the public during our Holiday Weekend & Market:

How the Swap Works
The Horseshoe Valley Ski Swap operates as a consignment sale, meaning sellers can drop off approved equipment for our team to sell on their behalf.
For Sellers:
- Pre-register your equipment
Complete the Ski Swap Seller Registration Form before dropping off your items. Pre-registration is required.
- Drop off your equipment
Bring your items to our designated Ski Swap drop-off times. A $2 registration fee applies per accepted item. Please note we are a cashless resort. - Equipment inspection & tagging
Our team will inspect each item to ensure it meets our acceptance criteria, record equipment details, assign an Item ID and sale tag, and confirm the selling price with you. - Equipment goes on sale
Accepted items will be displayed during the Ski Swap for guests to browse and purchase. - Receive your payout
If your equipment sells, you will receive your selected payout option:- Horseshoe Valley Resort Gift Card: Receive 90% of your listed sale price as a Horseshoe Valley Resort Gift Card.
- Cheque: Receive 75% of your listed sale price by cheque.
- BOTH Cheques and Gift Cards will be issued and mailed or made available for pickup in the weeks following the event.

We are accepting gently used equipment including:

Items We Are Not Accepting
At this time, we are unable to accept:
❌ Clothing
❌ Helmets
❌ Goggles
❌ Accessories + Bags
❌ Alpine poles
❌ Miscellaneous winter gear
All equipment must be safe, functional, complete, and suitable for resale. Horseshoe Valley Resort reserves the right to refuse any equipment that does not meet our acceptance criteria.
Seller Equipment Drop-Off
Location: Chalet Room beside Guest Services in the Main Chalet
Drop-Off Dates:
Thursday, November 5
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday, November 6
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Important: Sellers must complete the pre-registration form before arriving with equipment.
UNSOLD EQUIPMENT PICKUP
Any unsold equipment must be picked up during the designated pickup period following the event.
Pickup Deadline: Friday, November 20, 2026
Pickup details and instructions will be provided to sellers following the Ski Swap.
Equipment not collected by the deadline may become property of Horseshoe Valley Resort and may be subject to additional storage fees in accordance with the Ski Swap Terms & Conditions.
Important Seller Information
- Horseshoe Valley Resort is acting as a consignment seller for all registered equipment.
- Horseshoe Valley Resort does not guarantee that any item will sell.
- All payments are processed through Horseshoe Valley Resort’s Guest Services team.
- Horseshoe Valley Resort is a cashless resort. All registration fees and purchases must be processed electronically.
